About Murray Hampson
Murray has played cricket all his life, both professionally and socially, and has coached for as long as he has played; adults, kids and their parents.
He was lucky enough to grow up with parents who spent time with him and his brothers, helping them with their sport, hitting catches in the garden, coaching them and supporting them at games...
This is why all 4 of them played competitive cricket, with both Garry and Murray playing professionally, and now both coaching.
Murray has had the privilege of playing with, and against, some of the best players in the world, at school, club and 1st class level.
He now runs the online Home Coach Cricket Club, PLUS does individual coaching for a select group of cricketers in his home town, including players from Maritzburg College and Hilton College 1st XI.
